Mommy Called the Doctor and the Doctor Said...

I'm fine, unless I have other more scary symptoms like bleeding or really bad shoulder pain.

Thanks everyone for your advice and prayers. BTW- I love advice and prayers. Please keep them coming.

What am I missing? What would the very bad shoulder pain indicate?

Shoulder pain is caused by bleeding into the abdomen under the diaphragm in an ectopic pregnancy. The bleeding irritates the diaphragm and is experienced as shoulder pain.

Yay! I'm glad you called and have peace of mind. As to the preggie pops, I tried them ... after Talia was born. I meant to have them during labor, but we didn't get the luggage from the car before Talia was born. They taste good and have fun flavors (such as ginger), but I wouldn't know if they help with morning sickness. I hear that eating immediately upon waking helps (crackers by the bed). Do you have any cravings yet? I craved beef and baked potatoes. I despised the smell of coffee and eggs.
